『海ごみ水族館』 管理人のきみまるです！

私は水族館で働く傍ら、海が直面している様々な問題について、少しでも多くの方に知ってもらいたいと思い、海洋ゴミから海の生き物たちを作っています。(海ゴミアート)

海の面白さや、そんな海が抱える問題ついて、少しでも興味を持ってもらえたら嬉しく思います。

また、私の作品に興味をもって下さった皆さんと、楽しいことができたら嬉しいです！

目標は、現実で『海ごみ水族館』を作り、楽しく海洋問題について学べる場を創ること！

I’m Kimimaru, the “director” of the Marine-Debris-Aquarium!

While working at the aquarium, I’ve been creating marine creatures out of ocean trash—what I call “ocean trash art”—in the hope of raising awareness about the various issues facing our oceans.

I’d be thrilled if this sparked even a little interest in the wonders of the ocean and the challenges it faces.

I’d also love to do fun things with everyone who’s interested in my work!

My goal is to build a real-life “Marine Debris Aquarium” and create a fun place where people can learn about marine issues!
